Are you an experienced Logistics Account Manager with a strong background in third-party logistics (3PL)? Loom Talent Limited are working with a leading logistics provider in the Midlands that are looking to add a talented and proactive Logistics Account Manager to their growing team. Responsibilities
- Manage and develop up to x10 key client accounts, ensuring high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships and understanding their logistics needs.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of solutions.
- Analyse client data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare and present regular account reviews and reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and profitability.
The Candidate
- Proven experience as a Logistics Account Manager within the 3PL or broader logistics sector - Essential.
- A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain Background - Essential.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution - Essential.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-focused approach - Essential.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively, delivering exceptional service under pressure - Essential.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Essential.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing service level agreements - Essential.
- Commutable to Ashby-De-La-Zouch 5 x days per week - Essential.
The Package
Salary - £47,500 to £50,000 (DOE)
