Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling local authority based in Manchester. They are looking for a Locum Childcare Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst the legal experts and progress your career.

This role pays a competitive rate:

• PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.48-£48.87 per hour
• Umbrella - £50-£55 per hour

The role is for 3 months with potential to extend.

Responsibilities – Childcare Solicitor

• Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
• Preparing legal documents and correspondence.
• Providing legal advice and support to the clients in matters related to childcare and protection.
• Able to do advocacy when needed.

About you – Childcare Solicitor

• A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of experience in childcare law.
• Drafting legal documents to a high-quality standard.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
