A healthcare trust in Kent is seeking a floating fixed-term trainee to support a vacancy in psychiatry. The position requires a GMC registered medical professional, capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Trust for a floating fixed-term trainee to support a vacancy on the resident doctor rotation for a period of 6 months, in the first instance. We are looking to recruit a versatile and adaptable individual to join the team in Dartford. As a floating member of the team you can be deployed into a 6 month vacancy within Kent in line with the rotation dates, therefore a flexible and adaptable approach is essential. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to gain relevant psychiatry experience at resident doctor level in order to support an application for the training scheme or a career grade role. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who works to the highest standards, is able to think autonomously and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
