Home Instead East Hampshire has added Live-In Care to our bespoke services, and we are looking for a pool of Live-In Carers who are available for a minimum two-week placement in and around the East Hampshire area. We are looking for individuals with kind and compassionate hearts who want to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

As a Home Instead Live-In Carer, you will offer personalised one-on-one care for clients who need daily support and assistance with their everyday activities.

This could include, but not limited to:

  • Personal care- washing, bathing, dressing and toileting
  • Light housework- laundry, ironing, shopping, hoovering, meal preparations
  • Support with overall well-being and independence
  • Companionship
  • Accompanying to appointments / social activities
  • Palliative care

With us, you will receive three meals a day or an allowance from us, a separate room, and access to TV and Wi-Fi. We also provide comprehensive training, support, and assistance with travel costs and you will haveregular support calls and visits from the Live-in Care Supervisor.

Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both families and professionals, and work well within a team
  • Reliability and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
  • Due to the responsibilities associated with this role, candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
  • Candidates with a full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle would be preferred for some placements, but not mandatory.
  • We do not offer sponsorship for this role at this time, so candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
