Qualifications

• Ensure all items are maintained and event-ready.
• Ability to oversee daily warehouse operations effectively.
• Experience participating in live event delivery.
• Skills in logistics planning and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including stock control.
• Manage equipment preparation, testing, packing, and returns.
• Use asset management systems for accurate inventory tracking.
• Liaise with Project Managers to fulfill production requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Skills

Full clean driving licence

Experience handling AV, lighting, or staging equipment

PAT testing or technical maintenance skills

Experience managing vehicle fleets or logistics planning

Knowledge of event venue operations and site delivery requirements
