They operate with a genuine one-team ethos, working collaboratively across offices and specialisms to deliver trusted, commercial advice to a broad client base. Their culture is built around trust, ambition, and excellence — where individual talent is celebrated, ideas are shared, and long-term relationships with clients and colleagues are at the heart of everything they do.

The Role
  • Act as a recognised expert in your chosen litigation specialism, providing strategic and commercially sound advice to a range of clients.
  • Manage complex and high-value disputes with minimal supervision, offering pragmatic solutions that protect and advance client interests.
  • Lead and mentor a team of lawyers, investing time in their professional development and helping them become the next generation of leaders.
  • Oversee sub-team operations, including people management, compliance, and financial performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for key clients.
  • Develop and implement business strategies that support the team’s and firm’s strategic goals.
  • Contribute to firm-wide collaboration by facilitating multi-disciplinary approaches to client challenges.
  • Influence pricing strategies, financial KPIs, and best practices to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow the team’s market presence.
  • Represent the firm at events, conferences, and through thought leadership that enhances visibility and reputation.
You
  • Qualified solicitor with extensive post-qualification experience in litigation, ideally at senior associate, legal director, or partner level.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases, high-value disputes, and significant client portfolios.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing people and maintaining high morale.
  • Excellent communicator, negotiator, and strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering financial performance and contributing to team growth.
  • Committed to upholding professional integrity, quality, and client service excellence.
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive senior-level salary and performance-based rewards
  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements
  • Strong emphasis on work/life balance and wellbeing
  • Pension contributions and life assurance
  • Rewards and discounts platform
  • Excellent opportunities for progression within a nationally respected, growing firm
