Overview

Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive – Abingdon

An opportunity has arisen for an NQ or recently qualified lawyer to join a litigation team in the Abingdon area of Oxfordshire. You will work alongside a senior lawyer on a range of interesting and varied work including property litigation, contentious probate, breach of contract, professional negligence and debt recovery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in a disputes team with training and development to support ongoing career growth in litigation.
• Handle a variety of matters including property litigation, contentious probate, breach of contract, professional negligence and debt recovery, under supervision.
• Contribute to client service and case management in a fast-paced environment.
• Support senior lawyers with case preparation, research, and drafting of documents as required.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate is between NQ and 5 years PQE.
• Experience of working in a disputes team as part of a training contract or post-qualification role.
• Keen interest to continue a career in litigation.
