We are currently recruiting for a Litigation Assistant to join our RTA – Credit Hire & PI team in our Liverpool office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.
The Legal Assistant will provide support to Solicitors. The role will involve performing important administrative and clerical duties, which in turn will increase your knowledge and understanding of the claim process, as well as legal knowledge on the whole. You will be expected to work well as part of a fast-paced team, whilst also performing tasks independently with good attention to detail and initiative. To be successful in the role of Litigation Assistant, you must have a combination of communication, organisational, analytical, and technical skills, paired with a flexible and proactive mindset. Attention to detail, the ability to manage your workload independently, and a willingness to learn will contribute to your effectiveness in supporting case handlers and solicitors. You’ll be an essential part of a fast-paced legal team.
