A vibrant educational institution in the United Kingdom seeks a Literacy Support Officer. The successful candidate will promote reading and support the library’s development, coordinate literacy initiatives, and provide interventions to enhance student engagement. As Literacy Support Officer, you will play a key role in promoting a love of reading across the school. Working closely with the Literacy Lead, you will support the running and development of our library resource centre, coordinate reading initiatives, and provide targeted literacy interventions for students. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to young people's literacy, confidence, and engagement with learning.

Working Pattern: 36 hours per week, term time plus 5 days
Salary: Grade 4 (NJC scale points 6 - 8), £22,389 - £24,038 per annum
