A leading lift engineering company is recruiting a Lift Technician for a route across West London. The ideal candidate should have NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering, a full clean driving licence, and at least 5 years of proven experience. Responsibilities include maintaining lift systems, supervising staff, and ensuring high customer service standards. The position offers a competitive salary between £65,000 - £70,000, standby allowance, overtime pay, and further benefits including a new van and professional development opportunities.

Benefits

£400 / week standby allowance

Overtime – Monday to Friday: 1.5x pay rate

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and test reports.
• Attend and resolve breakdowns and faults across passenger and goods lifts.
• Provide technical support with fault‑finding and complex issues.
• Supervise lift engineering and technical staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service.
