Overview

We are looking for a hands on, career driven Lifestyle Manager to join this unique Boutique Concierge Company and make a difference. You will work with colleagues who specialise in various departments to include travel, events, luxury shopping & ticketing, so you are supported by an expert team while procuring everything for clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues in travel, events, luxury shopping & ticketing to fulfill client requests.
• Provide hands on lifestyle management in a concierge agency environment, coordinating services to meet client expectations.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of requested arrangements.

Qualifications

• Some Concierge/Lifestyle background within a concierge agency is needed to understand the pace and expectations of the role.
• Based near Shoreditch.
• Well presented and spoken with the ability to converse easily with high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients.
• Charm, drive and enjoyment of daily challenges in a dynamic environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to 45/50k.
• Top commission on top of base salary (up to 50% of salary).
• Competitive compensation for well-presented individuals with strong client-facing skills.
