• Minimum depth qualification in line with facilities at camp.
• Ability to pass a Pool competency test prior to working.
• Maintain physical requirements as per NPLQ throughout employment.
• Flexible team player able to adapt to dynamic situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the welfare and safety of children at camp.
• Act as the sole lifeguard during swimming sessions.
• Deliver outstanding sports and activity sessions for children.
