Overview

Our client, an elite global City law firm is looking to recruit a Leveraged Finance Associate to sit within their wider banking & finance department. Clients include investment banks, corporate borrowers, private equity, private credit funds.

Responsibilities

• Advise on leveraged and acquisition financing, syndicated lending, refinancings, recapitalisations and advise both sponsors and lenders.

• Only candidates who are currently working for a ranked LevFin team will be considered.
