Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development across all areas of the EYFS.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and positive behaviour.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, sharing information with colleagues, parents, and carers as appropriate.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Work in partnership with parents and carers, offering feedback and guidance to support children’s development at home and in the setting.
• Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Contribute to the setting’s planning, meetings, and professional development.
• Support children with personal care routines when required.
• Promote equality, inclusion, and respect for all.
