What You’ll Be Doing

• Closing deals on residential sales & rentals
• Collecting property details & launching marketing campaigns
• Staying ahead of market trends & regulations
• Hosting viewings & conducting valuations
• Negotiating deals from first viewing to final offer
• Managing transactions through to completion
• Building strong client relationships & follow-ups
• Generating leads through networking & company databases

You’ll also work closely with banks, mortgage advisors, surveyors & other agencies to close deals faster.
