Job summary

A leading property brand in South Kesteven is seeking a motivated individual to deliver exceptional customer service while driving business results in lettings. You will generate rental valuations and conduct viewings, with key responsibilities including negotiation and progressing lets to move-in. Candidates should ideally have lettings or sales experience, strong communication skills, and a full UK driving license. Qualifications

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
• Hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
