Job summary

A leading estate agency in Sheffield is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to grow within residential lettings. This role offers a competitive OTE of £24-25k, industry-leading training, and a clearly defined career path. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to generate business, but prior experience is not essential. Full support will be provided for obtaining a Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career.

Lettings Negotiator. We’re looking for a Lettings Negotiator for our fantastic Blundells team based in Sheffield- Hillsborough.

What We’re Looking For

• The preferred candidate will have prior experience in lettings or other estate agency-based roles, but this is not essential.
• Able to generate business in a target driven environment.
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.
