Job description

Our client is a highly successful company within the water treatment/water hygiene industry providing an extensive range of water treatment services to clients nationwide. They are looking to recruit an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to work for them in the Paisley region. Applications from East Kilbride, Livingston, Hamilton and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

• Hold the City & Guilds, WMS certificate or relevant qualification
• Experience carrying out legionella risk assessments within the water treatment / legionella industry
• Good working knowledge of the water industry Health & Safety legislation
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package

Role

• Conduct a wide range of Legionella Risk Assessments to ACOP L8
• Compile schematic drawings, as well as final documents and reports for clients
• Provide recommendations and prices for remedial works, routine control measures and carry out such works based on the risk assessments
• Organise and prioritise workload and liaise with other team members to ensure all work is carried out effectively
• Maintain a good working relationship with clients/customers
