A leading engineering and construction company in Dartford is seeking a proactive Legal Team Assistant to support a busy in-house legal team. The role entails providing high-level administrative assistance, managing legal documents, and facilitating team operations. This role does not offer visa sponsorship. Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for someone who can commit to working in the Dartford office Monday-Friday.
About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and motivated Legal Team Assistant to join our busy in-house Legal Team of over 30 lawyers at Laing O'Rourke. As the team continues to grow, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and can hit the ground running. You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the team by providing high-quality administrative support. Professionalism and discretion are essential, as you'll be trusted with handling sensitive and confidential information on a daily basis. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work with colleagues across the team, adapting to different needs and personalities, so a collaborative mindset and willingness to help are vital. We're looking for someone who is people-focused, adaptable, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every challenge.
