Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Legal Secretary to join our client's well-established law firm in Nottingham. The successful candidate will provide vital support to the Corporate team, assisting fee earners with a wide range of company and commercial matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, professional, and confident in liaising with clients and colleagues at all levels.

Essential requirements
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Corporate or Company Commercial department
  • Strong typing and digital dictation skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to produce, amend, and format legal documents efficiently
  • Good organisational and diary management skills
  • Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach
Responsibilities
  • Preparing, formatting, and managing correspondence, documents, and reports
  • Handling dictation and document production for fee earners
  • Assisting with company secretarial administration, including Companies House filings
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organising travel when required
  • Acting as a first point of contact for client enquiries in a professional manner
  • Providing general administrative support including filing, photocopying, and scanning
Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
