Qualifications

  • Experience with preparing legal documents and court proceedings.
  • DBS clearance is required for this role.
  • A full UK driving license is essential.

Job description

AtAmplius enforcement is about doing the right thing in the right way for the right reasons. As a Legal Enforcement Officeryoullhelp protect our residents supportcolleaguesand contribute to safer stronger neighbourhoods where people feel secure in their homes.

Salary : 37400 per annum

Contract : Permanent Full Time

Your week : 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 9am 5 : 15pm)

Location : Hybrid with a weekly presence in our Milton Keynes or Rushden office

You’ll be trusted as the subject expert on tenancy enforcement and ASB related legal action working closely with our housing teams community safetycolleaguesand external partners.

Your role is to bring balance todifficult situations using legal powers proportionately while understanding the human impact behind every case. From buildingstrong evidencetorepresentingAmpliusat court your work will directly influence customer wellbeing organisationalriskand our reputation as a fair and responsible housing provider.

Whatwerelooking for
  • CIH Level 3 already achieved working towards or willing to do so.
  • Good knowledge and experience overseeing enforcement services.
  • Good knowledge of Housing and Tenancy Law including preparation of legal documents and court proceedings.
  • Up to date knowledge of the regulatory environment able to keep abreast of changes within the sector and ability to embed this into policies and processes
  • Experience of building positive relationships with local authority partners and other key stakeholders
  • Able to use housing systems effectively
  • Able to travel around a large geography asrequired
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure with the capacity to navigate complex challenges.
  • A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
  • DBS clearance isrequiredfor this role.
