A major housing provider in the UK seeks a Legal Enforcement Officer to enforce tenancy laws and address issues of anti-social behavior. This full-time role requires knowledge of housing law, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex challenges while remaining calm under pressure. Salary : 37400 per annum
Contract : Permanent Full Time
Your week : 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 9am 5 : 15pm)
Location : Hybrid with a weekly presence in our Milton Keynes or Rushden office
You’ll be trusted as the subject expert on tenancy enforcement and ASB related legal action working closely with our housing teams community safetycolleaguesand external partners.
Your role is to bring balance todifficult situations using legal powers proportionately while understanding the human impact behind every case. From buildingstrong evidencetorepresentingAmpliusat court your work will directly influence customer wellbeing organisationalriskand our reputation as a fair and responsible housing provider.
