Legal Counsel – Technology & Business Operations

We’re seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to support technology and business operations. This hands‑on role focuses on day‑to‑day contracts, routine commercial queries, and compliance matters, helping teams manage risks and deliver efficiently.

Hybrid working: London (3 days in office, 2 from home).

Must be immediately available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate standard technology and commercial agreements.
  • Support operational teams with BAU legal guidance on contracts, approvals, and compliance.
  • Identify legal and commercial risks, proposing practical mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to internal templates, processes, and documentation improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2 years PQE+, corporate/commercial experience in Technology, Media, or Telecoms preferred.
  • Experience with software licensing, technology agreements, or enterprise systems contracts.
  • Strong drafting, review, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data protection and compliance frameworks is a plus.
