Job Description

As Legal Counsel you will be responsible for advising key stakeholders on commercial legal issues and drafting and negotiating a range of contracts such as:

  • Contract manufacturing agreements
  • Supply chain and procurement contracts
  • Warehousing, logistics, and distribution agreements
  • MSAs, service contracts, and NDAs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Counsel will be:

  • A qualified solicitor with circa 4 years + PQE and background in commercial law.
  • Experience in the life science industry or a similar regulated sector would be advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
