Description

As Legal Counsel, you will be:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, including T&Cs, NDAs, supply agreements, transaction agreements.

Collaborating with in‑house stakeholders (regulatory, engineering, supply chain) to structure deals that align with business objectives.

Drafting legal documents, policies, procedures.

Profile

The successful Legal Counsel will be:

Job Offer

Salary based on experience around £65 - 85k.
