The Role

Manage all client and office funds, including cash, BACS payments, petty cash, and reconciliations

Post transactions and maintain purchase ledger; process expense claims and payroll

Reconcile monthly accounts in line with Solicitors Accounts Rules

Prepare VAT returns and assist with billing

Provide first-line IT support and coordinate with external IT providers

Support HR record-keeping and Health & Safety compliance

Liaise with external accountants for year-end reporting

About You

Previous experience as a legal cashier or in a similar accounts role within a law firm

Strong numeracy and IT skills; confident with banking systems and finance software

Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage deadlines efficiently

Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
