Job summary

A leading law firm is seeking a fully remote Legal Billing Assistant to join their busy billing team. You will be responsible for managing billing for assigned clients, liaising with partners, updating billing data, resolving queries, and processing invoices. The ideal candidate should have experience in legal billing, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. Familiarity with Excel and billing systems like 3E or Paperless is preferred. This position offers the opportunity to work independently in a flexible setting.

Totum Partners are working with a leading law firm to recruit a fully remote Legal Billing Assistant.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy billing team, working closely with partners and lawyers to ensure accurate and timely billing. Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred.

The ideal Legal Billing Assistant will be responsible for:
