Job Description
  • Deliver accurate, empathetic legal advice by phone across core areas of private law
  • Apply company Legal Services policies and insurance product knowledge with clarity
  • Handle escalated complaints professionally and within agreed service levels
  • Log all calls and case details using our legal case management systems
  • Support the team with legal research, training, and administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, the Data Protection Act, and other legal standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address legal queries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and organised legal documentation and records.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Advisor should have:

  • A law degree of 2:1 and above, and or a relevant legal qualification LLB/LLM/LPC
  • Proficiency in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
