Lecturer – Theatrical & Media Make-Up (Temporary Vacancy Cover)

Smile Education is currently supporting a Further Education provider with a requirement for an experienced Lecturer in Theatrical & Media Make-Up to provide temporary vacancy cover from 5 January 2026 until 13 February 2026 as minimum. This full-time role will involve teaching across two sites in Stratford-upon-Avon and Solihull. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a skilled practitioner with recent FE teaching experience to support learners within a Hair and Beauty department during a key period of the academic year.

Assignment Details

• Start Date: 05/01/2026
• End Date: 13/02/2026 (February half-term)
• Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
• Location: Teaching across Stratford-upon-Avon and Solihull
• Salary:
  • Lecturer scale Points 6–14: £31,223 – £42,579 per annum
  • Up to £46,894 per annum for candidates with a Level 5 Teaching Qualification
• Contract Type: Temporary agency cover
