About the Role: Learning Support Teacher, superb opportunity in Hounslow

As a Learning Support Teacher, you will work closely with the SENDCo and classroom teachers to:

* Deliver targeted intervention programmes and in-class support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that support learners across the ability range.
* Monitor progress, maintain detailed records, and contribute to EHCPs and review meetings.
* Promote an inclusive learning environment that enables every student to reach their full potential.
