A local educational authority is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for St Mary’s C of E School in Aylesbury. The role involves supporting children in a classroom environment. The role is to support a named child and others within the classroom, enabling access to learning for a specific pupils/group of pupils and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
To work under the direction and guidance of the Class Teacher.
The LSA role within St Marys school is of key importance. You will be responsible for providing the children and teaching staff with the support they need to Shine as Lights in the World.
GCSE Maths and English (grade C/4-5) is essential and experience working as an LSA is preferable.
