Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Full-time | 5 days per week

Secondary Schools across Croydon

The Role
  • Provide in-class and small-group support to students with a range of learning needs
  • Support students with SEN, SEMH, and additional learning requirements
  • Work closely with teachers and the wider pastoral and SEN teams
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Encourage students' confidence, independence, and personal growth
