Tradewind Recruitment are seeking dedicated and adaptable Learning Support Assistants to join our team, providing specialist, ad-hoc support across multiple primary schools within the Blackpool and Fylde Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity if you have a Level 3 qualification or are aiming to achieve one through an apprenticeship. We currently work with two local colleges who can support an Apprenticeship entry option.
In this role, you will be crucial in supporting students with an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP). This includes helping with emotional regulation, mental health, and delivering targeted interventions to help students thrive academically and personally.

All work is temporary contract, term time and will be paid between £13.68-£14.68 per hour - Monday - Friday. School hours are 8:30-3:30, we are seeking candidates who can work 3-5 days weekly.
