We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Disability Support Worker to join our vibrant team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients based in the Hertfordshire area.

Shift Pattern

• Day shifts
• Monday to Thursday: 10am - 2:15pm
• Friday: 10am - 2pm
• Flexibility required for ad hoc shifts

Additional requirements:

• Must like dogs
• Must have business insurance to carry patients in vehicles

Role requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with learning disabilities in a health or social care setting
• Ability to attend swimming sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Must like dogs, as dog walking will be part of the role
• Friendly and able to interact effectively with clients
• Autism awareness
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Driving license preferred
