Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience within care, learning disabilities, mental health, or complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Willingness to complete MAPA/PMVA training.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group support in supported living and residential settings.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and daily routines.
• Promote independence and encourage skill development.
