A leading training organization is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support its learning strategy and coordinate training initiatives. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate learning records, manage the L&D inbox, and help create and track learning pathways. Essential qualifications include GCSEs in English and Maths, and a commitment to obtain CIPD Level 3 in L&D. The position is remote with a salary range of £26,000 – £30,000.

We’re looking for an organised and detail‑driven Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Learning & Development team and support the delivery of Knovia’s learning strategy across the Group.
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000
Hours: 36.5 hours a week (Monday – Friday)
Location: Remote based position
