A leading global law firm in Birmingham is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the design and delivery of various development programmes and workshops. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in event planning, strong MS Office skills, and a detail-oriented work ethic. This role offers a hybrid working model and requires managing both live and virtual sessions for lawyers and business team members. 35 hours per week, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, with additional hours occasionally required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns. Our approach to hybrid working allows up to 40 % of time working from home and 60 % working in the office; please contact a member of the recruitment team to discuss further.
The coordinator will be a member of the Hogan Lovells Leadership, Learning & Development team. They will support the design and delivery of a range of global and regional development programmes, workshops and e‑learning for lawyers and members of our Business Team.
Specific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure, staff location or services. All members of the firm participate in our Responsible Business programme.
