Location: Slough (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Contract: 12-month maternity cover
Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week, Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of training programmes, including technical, onboarding, soft skills and e-learning initiatives
- Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Support ISO13485 compliance by following controlled processes and help preperation for internal/external audits
- Manage credentialling requirements for employees requiring hospital access
- Organise and improve Company Induction and onboarding activities
- Maintain a librabry of engaging e-learning content using EasyGenerator
- Coordinate in-person training workshops and external learning activities
- Liaise with external training providers where necessary
- Participate in global learning initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous experience in L&D, training coordination, or similar HR development role
- Experience using a Learning Management System
- An understanding of ISO regulations or of working within a regulated environment, such as medical, pharma, finance etc
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workloads
- A CIPD or learning-related qualification is desirable, but not essential
