A leading water sector company is seeking a Learning and Development Administrator to join their HR team based in Hyde. You will organize and implement essential L&D initiatives, manage training records, and support the development of procedures. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers hybrid working options and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, a pension scheme, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
We are looking to strengthen our HR team with a Learning and Development Administrator based at Hattersley with hybrid working available. You will report directly to the Learning and Development Manager and your role will cover organising, coordinating and implementing key L&D initiatives and projects as required alongside the day‑to‑day running of the L&D function.
