Job Title: Learner Engagement Officer

Location: Liverpool – Home/Field based

Salary: up to £28,000 + fantastic benefits package

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, such as the job centre, local charities and schools to promote and generate learner referrals for our client’s AEB courses.
  • Promote our client as the provider of choice, through community events.
  • Identify and recruit learners, support with enrolment and completion of initial assessments and IAG.
  • Attend meetings with clients, to ensure that a positive relationship is fostered.
  • Report on activity levels, candidate enquiries and progress against targets.
  • Ensure information systems are kept up to date, with clear and detailed records relating to each learner.
  • Manage your own diary effectively.
Essential Criteria
  • Must have experience of working within a similar learner engagement/onboarding role.
  • Experience in building / maintaining relationships with referral partners
  • Good communication skills across a variety of methods: face to face, online and by phone.
  • Proven experience of working towards KPI’s and targets.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and administrative skills.
  • Demonstrate confidence, tenacity and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Must be flexible with travel
