A leading online education provider is seeking a Leader of Learning - Maths to support students aged 7 to 18 in their learning journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Maths, excellent subject knowledge, and a passion for student development. Responsibilities include inspiring students, collaborating with faculty, and contributing to the school's educational strategies. This is a full-time, remote position offering a salary of £36,000 to £42,500 per annum.

The successful candidate will join a talented team providing excellent online educational experiences for students aged between 7 and 18. The candidate will have expertise and experience delivering Maths from KS3 to KS5 and come from a state or independent school background. They should be passionate about placing students at the centre of learning, comfortable working to deadlines, experienced in creating effective learning resources, and focused on the academic monitoring and progress of students.
The Maths Leader of Learning will work as a teacher in the Maths team with other Leaders of Learning under the direction of and reporting to the Head of Faculty and Heads of Subject. Sharing ideas and best practice approaches is a key factor in the online environment. The role involves collaborating with the Head of Faculty to support the school’s Education Strategy and student success.
