An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a forward thinking practice in the heart of Shropshire. As Lead Veterinary Surgeon you will combine hands on clinical work with leadership responsibilities, delivering exceptional care during consultations and procedures while acting as a trusted point of guidance for colleagues. Working closely with the Practice Manager you will help to drive both clinical excellence and commercial performance, contributing to the ongoing success and sustainability of the practice. Clear communication, accurate treatment planning and a strong focus on client experience are central to this role.
This position is ideal for a Veterinary Surgeon who thrives on mentoring and developing others. The Lead Vet will play a key role in coaching the team, sharing best practice, introducing evolving clinical standards and fostering a positive, progressive culture where everyone is empowered to perform at their best.
