Qualifications

• Strong commercial/IP experience ideally within TV, film, or digital distribution.
• Experience in a busy, deadline-driven environment managing deals.
• Understanding of the breakdown of rights in television and/or film.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and advise on acquisition agreements for rights in programming.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external producers and stakeholders.
• Advise on chain of title and ancillary rights issues.
