A respected consultancy in the South of England is searching for a Senior Structural Engineer to lead design and delivery across various projects. Ideal candidates will be Chartered Engineers with a minimum of 5 years' experience in structural engineering. Qualifications

  • Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE or MIStructE) ideally required.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in structural design and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and UK Building Regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design and project delivery on various schemes.
  • Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Carry out inspections and defect analysis ensuring compliance with standards.

Skills

Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE or MIStructE)
Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in structural design and analysis
Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, BS standards, and Building Regulations
Proficient in design software (MasterSeries, Tekla, SCIA Engineer, or Autodesk Robot)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

MEng/MSc in Structural or Civil Engineering (JBM accredited)
