Qualifications

• Strong mechanical experience in LMP2, GT3, WEC, ELMS, IMSA or equivalent high-level programmes.
• Ability to maintain calm authority under pressure.
• Must be willing to travel globally and work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build, strip, and mechanical preparation of the car.
• Supervise No2 Mechanics and support their development.
• Manage mechanical repairs and assembly changes under time pressure.
• Ensure that all work follows engineering specifications and safety procedures.
