Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior or managing QS role within the water, utilities or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience under NEC contracts.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capability.
• Track record of managing commercial delivery across multi-project environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial delivery across multiple workstreams within the water infrastructure framework.
• Manage all pre- and post-contract commercial activities, including cost planning and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to NEC contract conditions.
• Oversee procurement and subcontract management strategies.
• Provide commercial insight and reporting to senior leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of commercial frameworks.
• Liaise with client representatives on scope, budget and performance metrics.
