Qualifications

  • Commercially astute with proven experience in the Construction Industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Standard Forms of Contract.
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC Standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior/Managing surveyor in managing all commercial activities.
  • Procurement of Sub-Contractors within budget constraints.
  • Attend design team meetings to ensure compliance and cost minimization.
