Job Title:

Salary:

From £45,628 depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting the Project Manager with key contractual requirements
  • Supporting the business case
  • Supporting the B36 demolition team as they move into the third phase of their contract, including order placement
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders, supporting pricing activities, working closely with procurement, and ensuring contractors are effectively managed and under control
  • Maintaining effective cost control to support the Project Management team
Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Experience managing construction projects from initiation through to completion
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office in particular Excel
  • Proven experience with cost control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to guide and influence

Desirable:

  • Understanding of CDM regulations
  • Relevant Project Management qualification
