Lead Product Delivery Manager (Band 8c/8b) - 3 Posts

Location: Remote/home based, with travel as required

About the Role

Join our NHS Product Team as a Lead Product Delivery Manager, driving delivery excellence across a suite of digital products and services. You'll enable agile, user-centred teams to deliver impactful solutions in areas such as Population Health Management, Care Coordination, Elective Recovery, and Non-Clinical Operational Performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Establish and support high-performing teams, collaborating with delivery partners and stakeholders.
  • Plan, report, and maintain product delivery artefacts, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Monitor delivery metrics and product performance, adapting plans to maintain momentum.
  • Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to remove blockers and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coach and support delivery managers and team members, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Deputise for the Assistant Director as required.
About You
  • Significant expertise in agile, user-centred product delivery.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of NHS data product management principles.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
