A leading global healthcare provider is seeking a Pricing Lead Analyst in Tunbridge Wells, UK. In this role, you will lead pricing activities and support the development of pricing strategies while managing a team of analysts. Candidates should have expertise in the Global IPMI insurance and reinsurance marketplace, along with a strong proficiency in pricing techniques. Are you a motivated and experienced pricing professional looking to take the next step in your career? As a Pricing Lead Analyst at AXA - Global Healthcare, you'll be responsible for delivering age-rated pricing activities, driving technical product development, and providing insightful monitoring and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. You'll oversee BAU pricing for individual and SME portfolios, ensuring targets for Gross Underwriting Margin are met, and support all scheduled product reviews through thorough analysis, approval, and implementation.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of analysts, ensuring their work aligns with the guidelines set by insurers and reinsurers, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. You'll support the ongoing development of pricing strategies and ensure that all activities adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
