About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day case management support and guidance to a small team of HUB and Helpline IDVAs across Barnsley & Sheffield.
  • Hold a small caseload of high-risk clients, offering practical and emotional support.
  • Oversee case allocation, staff rotas, and performance management.
  • Ensure safeguarding concerns are addressed and services are delivered in line with IDAS policies.
  • Liaise with external agencies including police, legal services, housing, and health professionals.
  • Represent IDAS at MARAC, case conferences, and multi-agency meetings.
  • Deliver and oversee group programmes for clients.
  • Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are underrepresented or marginalised.

Contract Details

Contract: Permanent
Location: The Factory, Goldthorpe, Barnsley, S63 9PG. However, there is some expectation for this role to also travel to our Sheffield offices, based in the City centre.
Hours: Part time 22.5 per week
